Today, the three licensing authorities and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration have released the highly anticipated emergency cannabis regulations. With only six weeks left until the end of prohibition, CCIA will be working around the clock processing these regulations, creating summaries, and rolling-out educational materials and webinars for all of our membership.
