The Sell-SMaRT™ Responsible Vendor program prepares budtenders, cannabis consultants, owners, managers and all front line store staff to effectively and safely handle complex situations and deliver customer service excellence.  

The ServSafe® Food Handler Safety training is a nationally recognized program and approved by the CDPH for cannabis manufacturers. A Food Safety class is mandatory for all CA Cannabis manufacturers and this class fits all the requirements of the California Department of Public Health.
